MY LAWYER HAD FILED MY FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI DIRECTLY ON 20TH OF APRIL-09 FOR WHICH I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEIR SIDE. MAY BE THIS DOCS WAS FILED IST N.S. SYDNEY. I AM HAVING A QUESTION, WHY CHC DID NOT REACT ANYTHING NOR THEY HAD SENT MY FILE BACKTILL NOW AS NEAR TO 4 MONTHS HAS PASSED.
SHOULD I WITHDRAW MY APPLICATION? IF I WITHDRAW AND FILED TO N.S. SYDNEY AND THEY GIVE INSTRUCTION FILED FULL DOCS TO NEW DELHI CHC AFTER JAN-10 THEN I HAVE TO APPEAR IN IELTS ONCE AGAIN AS I HAD DONE IELTS ON 15TH OF JANUARY-09.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? KINDLY SUGGEST
THANKS IN ADVANCE,
as per my understading, if u submit ur full app (after receiving aor from CIC-Sydney) b4 15-01-10 then it is ok. ur IELTS score of 15-01-09 will be considered fine.

With all due respect, you guys are only stating incomplete statements which leads to a totaly different interpretation(meaning):
It states categorically in OP6e.PDF page 24:
"Language test results must not be older than one year at the time of application", and not "IELTS results are valid for 1 year".
What this means to me is:
If I took IELTS say in November2007 and I applied say in January2007, then even, if I am asked to update my documents 2 years later( or alternatively IELTS Jan2007 and applied in Nov2007), my IELTS from NOV 2007 should be fine.
Please let me know the source of your statement. I would love to correct myself.

)) Well probably the results themselves are valid for more than a year but for the embassy they are valid only for one year meaning that they won't accept results that are older than 1 year.
