My application received by CIO before my one year IELTS validity expired and I mentioned in the initial application that I already completed an approved test.
I received AOR from CIO and now i am preparing my full documents to send to High Commission. Is it required to retake IELTS again or i need to send the previous one?
I am waiting for your reply.
Thanks for your co operation.

Thank you for your email.
IELTS results is valid one year from the date of examination.
Please note that no extension is possible for submitting the full applications.

PMM has mentioned on multiple occasions on the form that IELTS is valid if it is not older than one year from date of application to CIO
But after going through documentation( Instructione Guide) multiple times, I comprehend it differently. I think it is valid if it is not older than one year from date of application to CHC
I am quoting from Singapore Visa office specific requirements check list. See page 5 on the following Link

Test results from an approved language-testing organization: We strongly recommend that you submit test results if you are claiming proficiency in a language that is not your native language. You must provide the original. Photocopies are unacceptable. Language test results must not be older than one year upon submission.
Based on this my inference is that you need to submit IELTS results to CHC which are not older than one year from date of submission of docs to CHC. I know it is harsh, but I just trying to help. It is better safe than sorry
