I appeared in IELTS on 2nd Dec and got my TRF on 16th December, 2017. The TRF is in very poor print. Many fields including Passport number, country name, first language are totally unreadable.

I have contacted British Council but they have not responded yet.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem? Do they provide another copy, given the IELTS regulations state that only one copy will be provided to the candidate.
