IELTS TEST VALIDITY/CHANGE OF Job

Hello Experts,

Along with full documents i submitted my IELTS RESULT. My application is pending for review. One year has already passed.

My Q is if 2 yrs are over (the validity of IELTS TEST) and my application is still pending to review, DO i have to appear again for IELTS test and send the Result to the IMMIGRATION Office ?
Second Q is My husband has changed his job , now attached with a new company.Do I need to inform the IMMIGRATION Office ?

Gravity, have you found an answer to you 1st question? this is my concern as well. i have sent all my docs, along with ielts results, to vo in july 2009, obviously it is expired now. i wonder if vo will ask me to redo it. from this forum i found only one post reg.this issue, and it says that we will not to reappear for the test.
need your advice if you know the answer already. thanks.
