IELTS test report required for Federal ???

Is IELTS test reports are required under federal stage, that is, is it mandatory or just depends on the case officer??
I already provided my IELTS reports during the CSQ stage. So is it required to be submitted again ?

And also, are there going to be any further interviews in the federal stage ??
