Should I enclose ORIGINAL Test Result Report or a Copy

only and only the ORIGINAL.

By the way if you want to keep another copy for yourself , you can apply to the british council where you sat the exam, pay the fee , give and application, quote your exam details like ID and the date on which you sat the exam and can get more copies.
