Due to COVID-19 lock-down IELTS test centre in my country are closed. I have received an unconditional offer from my university(I have met my university English requirement). My agent(IDP) told me that IELTS is a mandatory requirement for the general Study permit. Apparently the embassy would ask for it if I didn't sent it. I would like to know if IELTS is a mandatory requirement for the study permit. Please keep in mind i am not from a native English speaking country. I am applying through VFS Singapore.
