update: I have got 8 bands, and I am not telling anyone how to get 8 bands, because the there is no pet formula. So beware.

Well! Yes there is no pet formula.
And this is just an experience as I've already mentioned in the thread description. If you don't want to share yours then it's up to you.

Thank you so much for your inputs, I have gone through a few of them during my 1st attempt...but apart from listening..i could not achieve a good score.

I need 8 in listening and 7 for the rest of them. Overall 8 ....this will boost my CRS from 403 to 458.

Hey folks , i am planning to apply for my PR and for that i have given both IELTS general and celpip general
Both of em i got kinda similar points
Ielts :
W = 7
R= 7
L= 8
S=7.5
Celpip :
W = 7
R=8
L=9
S=8


Which is not enough for me ,so my question is , which one you guyz prefer ielta or celpip and why ?

Well! I have no idea about celpip but if I heard so that GRE is the easiest exam for PR purpose. Many of my friends succeeded in GRE in their first attempt. But I'm not sure if GRE is acceptable in your case or not.

I also reside in UAE and will be giving my third attempt on the feb 10th .
I hope I get through this time .
