Maybe my post is off the topic.
I gave the 2 hour CLB test in Markham and was informed my scores were:
8/8-Listening
8/8-Speaking
8/8-Writing and
7/8-Reading
Hence I was given an overall 7.5
I enquired with the instructor if he could show me the Reading related answers that were marked wrong for me to better understand my shortcomings. He hesitated and then said we are not allowed to discuss the correction or answers once they are corrected. Under RTI can I ask for this information?
I am sure this is not the way Canadian schools teach our kids. I always encourage my son to ask his teacher where he has misinterpreted the question and what Is the right interpretation.
In most of the cases I find the teacher himself writes the right answer and explains the steps.
I have also close relatives in Calgary, Alberta. My maternal uncle (He is a civil engineer, works privately and also a government consultant) lives there with his family. Will this influence or help me out in skilled migration.
