IELTS Score

Dear Team,

Hope you guys are doing great !!!

My CRS score is 416 currently with my qualification, work ex, education etc. along with my wife's qualification, work ex education etc; which makes me eligible as per the latest draw.

However, my IELTS score is as below.
L - 8.5, R -7.5, W - 6.5, S - 7 Overall: 7.5
My wife's score
L - 9, R -8.5, W - 6.5, S-7 Overall : 8

Now since both our writing scores are less, does it make any point to apply since our Writing scores are less even though we are eligible as per the CRS score.

The CRS score has no relation to your eligibility.

Your language scores meet the eligibility requirements for both CEC and FSW, but you also have to meet the other requirements in order to be allowed in the pool.

Thanks a lot buddy !!! This query came when i read other threads, as it says to have a minimum of 7 in each section in IELTS so.

7 CLB in all sections - which constitutes 6 in all IETLS sections.

Riz you have very good score in Reading and listening. Can you pls share your experience which books or aspect you had choosen for preparation.

I appreciate if you can share materials to crack IELTS.
