Yes it will be counted and then its all depend on you with which score you want to move on

As the CIC regulations you need to get at least 6 in each area , if you are applying for FSW , i don't now about the other programs...

You got an impressive score for the listening section.I had a hard time with ielts listening section. The listening itselft is not that hard if you have a good fluency level but the ordeal is having to listen to the sound + read all the possible answers at the same time, and pick up the correct one

If you will seat again for the exam and your result is still valid, the result of the latest will be valid. Your previous results will be invalid.
Are you applying for immigrant visa in Canada? If so, your result will not be considered specifically in the writing, reading and speaking subtests. Your listening result is very impressive.
