hi, i would like to know if i should apply for PR visa. My ielts scores are below:

Speaking- 7.5
Listening- 7.0
Writing- 7.0
Reading- 5.5

i would like to know if am eligible, because the CLB calculation is quite confusing.

How are you planning to apply for PR? Through which immigration program?

pr or federal skill immigration.

It's still not clear what program you're applying through. What do you mean by "pr"? There are many different ways to apply for PR - you'll have to be specific. And which program are you referring to when you say "federal skill immigration"? Federal Skilled Worker? Federal Skilled Trade? Again, you'll need to be specific if you want a specific answer.

To provide one example, your score is too low to apply through the Federal Skilled Worker program. You need a minimum of 6 in each category.
