IELTS Score mismatch on TRF and Online results

Hi,

I have given my IELTS test on 24th October 2015. I have got my results on 06 Nov 2015, these I have checked in online at

//ielts.britishcouncil.org/CheckResults.aspx

In Online below are the score I got:

L:6.0 S:6.0 W:6.0 R:6.5


But in Test report form the scores are as below.

L:6.0 S:6.0 W:6.0 R:5.0


I was shocked when i checked my TRF and it is low then the online results, are there any chances to get the rectified TRF form from British Council.

Yes. Get a revaluation done.

go for reevaluation but mostly score on trf is considered as true score

Hi,

I did not get any update from British Council. I kept on calling to their customer care and even sending mails .. but of no use..

Getting only automatic replies apart from that nothing happened. Really Really a worst process and no international standard even.

I am planing to go Legally and face the issue...

Check to learn if they have any policy that favour you, legal procedure on any day would take time and in situations like these, time is always against us. Nonetheless, good luck.

Thanks and appreciate your suggestion, BC is really playing games.. and they are not even responding to emails also.

I completely lost the trust on BC and it is fraud. I have couple of proofs also....

When did you receive your trf via mail.. How long did it took? Thanks

I did not get the trf via email, but got hardcopy to my postal address with in 1 week, after releasing the results in online portal.
