Hi All,
I have received my IELTS score today, but haven't received certificate so far. I think it will take another 1 or 2 week. Can i proceed with my score and create/submit my express entry profile .

If they have all the required info online, then u can go e.g registration number, test date, test result date. I had celpip b4 but not ielts so ;)
