my IELTS result is below , as there is 5.5 in one subject , would it be possible to create an express entry profile.

SPEAKING : 7
WRITING : 6.5
LISTENING : 6
READING : 5.5

You need to have CBL 7 ( 6 band in each four module) to be eligible for Express entry.
 
It depends on NOC codes . If your job code falls under (NOC A) CLB 7-- 6.0 Band in all.If your job code falls under (NOC B) CLB 6 -- 5.0 bands in all.
