IELTS results lwith English as first language

Hi folks

In my IELTS results sheet, I have English as first languange.
When filling IELTS applications, I mentioned English as first language as my medium of study in school was English.
Does the first language here means the mother tongue/native language?
If so, what can I do now for my PR processing (CEC) class? Will there be any problem ??
