IELTS Results & Eligibility under CEC class

Hello all

I know this topic has undergone series of discussions in the recent past

Today I got my IELTS results as below

Listening 5.5
Reading 6.5
Writing 5.5
Speaking 7.0

Just wanted a confirmation whether I am eligible to apply under CEC class (I am categorized under Skill A under NOC)

I did noticed in the OP manual that the CLB levels are acceptable at 8, 7, 7, 6.

However, as per my marks above, I think I have scored 6, 8, 6, 8 - AM I ELIGIBLE NOW?

Please clarify me friends

You are not eligible for CEC under NOC level A.

You have to score all four bands with minimum score 6.

However, I wanted to mention my Overall Score reads as '6.0'

Can I assume this overall 6.0 as the average for all 4 segments. In that case My CLB level would be 7 & I am eligible to apply?

Unfortunately not. You need to have scored a 6 and above in each of the module. A Score of 6 in each of the module gets you a CLB of 7.

If you look at the link posted above it clearly says it.
