Hi,

Today i received my IELTS result and able to gain only 10 points. But to qualify i have to get 13points. Last date of submitting all documents is on June 6th, 2010. Will embassy allow more time to appear IELTS once again? Pls give aspecific reply.

Nope, here is what CIC says. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2009/ob120.asp#incomplete

Missing SELDEC documents: Visa officers will complete the final determination of eligibility on the basis of the information on file. If the application is eligible for processing, visa officers will complete the selection review based on the evidence presented. No follow-up request for the missing document is required.

So in the future, you will know that you should do the IELTs before you submit to CIO Sydney to know how may points you should be given.
