Can any one give me list of colleges in canada who accept IELTS overall 6 band with not less then 5.5 in each saction for post graduation course in marketing ??

any college ( especially a private one) will accept you as a student, as long as you pay the tuition.

Btw not to offend anyone but I've seen a lot of foreign students whose english is not very good, taking
university level courses, so dont worry too much.

It is not exactly what you are after, but I know of a general list of universities in Canada, that has the basic contact information. There is a sample you can download here - corelist.ca/universities-in-canada/ off their website. There is also a paid version with more details, but the free one should give you what you need.
