Hi,
I submitted EOI at my IELTS score which was not 8,777.

My question is, can I retake only one module test and then update my score in the portal?

I received 6 band in reading section.

Express entry does not accept IELTS one-skill retakes(see below link). So you will have to redo the complete test to improve scores. You can update the score anytime in your EOI.
