This application was returned as the visa office was incorrectly mentioned as INDIA(instead of New Delhi). Now i am planning to re-send the whole set again. In form imm0008_3e section 6 can I mark language as yes and attach the same IELTS score or should I take another test and then send?
Note: In this section they have asked to provide copy of approved test result.

I am sorry to hear about returned application. I am in same boat as well. I mentioned Visa Office as India as well. Do you mind sharing your letter or e-mail from CIO office.

Like I wrote that I was never carrying a TRV lol but in my case no application has been returend and everyone got the PR. Now who advised me many things has also made a mistake. Keep your fingers crossed, The dealing IO can overlook it and leave the problem to be corrected by ND office later when ND office asks for more documents.
The Primary culprit is TENSION. If we could overcome it we wouldnt have done any mistake.
But again, we are Homo Sapiens. We all make mistakes. and when it comes to stuffs like Changing our Future, its done more.
YES, Send the same result and just change the mistake and send the corrected form. you have nothing to loose other than the 2 months. Keep praying that no more ministerial instruction by that time and no rethroactive instructions.
