Has anyone recently taken this exam ?

I just want to have an idea about timings for the exam ?

Is it time bound ? Also, through Google random stuff comes up for practice. Can anyone help with links to listening practice material ?

yes, the exam has a time bound.
Try to get books like 'cambridge 1-9' for practice and 'Ielts target band 7' for useful tips
