I'm planning to apply under CEC category & I've just got my IELTS score:

Listening 8
Reading 7
Writing 7
Speaking 6
Overall Band 7

Am I eligible to apply with this score? I'm planning to apply under 2174 (software)

As per the chart given in the guide, below are the CLB scores. Your socre are good for any level
Listening: 8 == CLB Score 8
Reading: 6.5 == CLB Score 8
Writing: 8.5 == CLB Score 8
Speaking: 6.5 = CLB Score 8
