Hello,
I have overall 6.5 band and 5.5 band in writing. I got admission in university of windsor for may 2020 intake in Meng civil. I want to know that can i get visa with this band. I have 7.54 CGPA without any backlogs.

When did you apply? And when did you get the decision?

You should consider applying for EOR since you're only missing half a band to achieve a good score, if you have the time. I also got 5.5 in writing, applied for EOR in writing and now have 7.0 overall score.

Actually i gave IELTS in january 2019 so i am not able to apply for EOR as it is only possible to apply for it withing one month of result.

Ielts 6.5 with one module 5.5
Offer letter from university of Windsor for 2020 MEng civil.

If you have 5.5 in one or more modules, you should apply for general student permit term, they don't need your ielts in that case.

if it non sds, so your ielts test will not affect your visa.

I got non sds visa approved with 6.5 overall with 5.5 in speaking .
If you have good academic background then you'll definitely get visa and the most important thing is SOP.
