My Wife is not feeling well and she won't be able to give IELTS till December. Results of IELTS take another 3 weeks to come. Without her IELTS score my total score of 67 don't achieve. I just need to know that may i send her result after submitting my application in December. Can any oen give me solution of it.

thats unfortunate and sorry about your wife.. But i have to say you have to meet the 67 point match to send your application. when they open your file and check whether you have all the documents with that, and they check whether you meet the point or not, then only you will get your visa acceptance mail and PER . so if you do not meet 67 points by that time they will reject your application.
The answer is no.
You must send your wife's IELTS with you application or it will be returned as you don't meet eligibility criteria.

True, your wife's IELTS must be sent along with other documents
