IELTS important question for FSW application

hi i want to know that what should i write in the initial application to CIC canada in the IELTS test result section OR should i submit any written explaniton about it that I WILL TAKE IT LATER AND SUBMIT IT. or i dotnneed to send any explanation right now ..pls help as iw ant to send my application next monday

For initial application you can write high no problem, but before sending the final application u need to send all updates including your IELTS grades., than you can write the orginal grades which you obtained.
