Ielts for student Visa in canada

I have ielts overall 6 band but 5.5 in two module.
However I have good academic background, in 10th 89% and in Diploma 70% (No Atkt)
With mnc work experience.
I got st.clair and CDI college (Quebec) offer letter.
I am planning to put file in embassy for Jan 20


So can I put file or not.
