Starting July 1, 2012, most Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants for semi- and low-skilled occupations that fall under National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Levels C and D will have to undergo mandatory language testing and achieve a minimum standard of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 in English.
Do applicant with a job offer in Skill Level B also require to send IELTS score to CIO ?
I`m still concerned about this requirement as it says on the check list that '' you must include a copy of your language test results with your application to CIC''
I`m going to try to make a call on CIC helpline on Monday and see what they say. I will let you know if I find out anything new.
You don't need IELTS for NOC 0, A and B. 2 reasons to back it - (a.) I confirmed it with my PNP office (AINP) (b.) I know more than couple of individuals with same credentials who applied without IELTS and have received AOR's recently.
Do not worry about IELTS if you are not in low skilled PNP category.
If someone in NOC 0, A and B category and Score IELTS between 4.5-5.5. Is required by CIC to take IELTS again or the same as low skilled worker IELTs minimum point 4.5 for PNP. I know it is not mandatory but some who have IELTS result should submit or not? if u have any experience about this write some thing it is important to me?
