Hey, I am from india and i have doubt that i've failed in 10th and then passed after retest after 1year and then passed in 12th commerce with 58.4 percentage in first attempt. So can i go canada with high IELTS bands?

No one can tell you. Good IELTS scores are just one factor along with justify tuition costs (career/education advancement), funds, grades, ties to home country etc.

Cant say…so you got 58 in commerce in 12th. That is low too. Depends on post secondary program too.

As stated above, grades are just one factor. If your profile is strong in other areas then you may be approved. Again you are discussing 10th level grades which may not factor in. However poor grades are a concern as it shows that you may struggle with your program. Do you have strong IELTS, show career goals, justify costs, ties to home country?
