My husband and I are taking IELTS this coming Saturday and are pretty nervous. We have been preparing for several weeks, but the pressure is on - I, as a principal applicant for EE, need to get really good scores!
I would appreciate it is anyone could share their experience of taking IELTS in Delhi, India! What was the listening part like (loudspeaker), what was speaking like?
If you're taking the test at a British Council test center then there are no loudspeakers..... you will be given a wireless headphone at your seat (you can adjust the volume).
Do be prepared for an almost rapid fire round of questions for the Speaking Test.... everything will be recorded on a little recorder.... don't get nervous. You must speak clearly, maintain correct pronunciation, do not try to speak in a false accent, etc
