You should try to improve your score as you will not get much points with this result.

L8 S7 W7 R7 i.e. CLB 9 is your best friend.

if your're applying under the trades program you are eligible.
if you're applying under the skilled worked program, you're not eligible . you need minimum 6 each to qualify.
