Should I take IELTS test from British Council or AEO for Express Entry ? Which one is a better option?

(Someone mentioned this to me that taking IELTS from British Council for Express Entry is compulsory )

no it isn't mandatory to take from british council. People in Pakistan prefer to take it from british council. I have heard that brirish council provides you with headphones for listening.
