reading. 6.5................4 points
listening. 7.5 ..............4 points
writing. 6.5.................4 points
speaking. 6.5..............4 points.
so you need 4 points from any three parts and 2 points from 1 part
If i make 6.5 in listening, will that get me 2 points ??

Hi,
guys, please take a look into this document http://canadagazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2010/2010-06-26/html/notice-avis-eng.html, specifically on the section that says "Instructions for processing Federal Skilled Worker applications". The paragraphs below that line will say something about the english language and there will be a reference to a footnote; on the note you'll find a link to Overseas Processing (OP) which is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/index.asp ... on this list of items, go on item 6 (which is this pdf document http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf) and read from pages 31 until 38 of the pdf. That's the official CIC instruction regarding official languages.
