IELTS BAND 8 - CRS SCORE 401 can i apply?

Can i apply for fast track immigration with CRS SCORE of 401? i got a band 8 in IELTS and have a masters degree.
listening - 9
reading - 9
speaking - 8
writing - 6

please help

I don't think so. 401 is quite low for the current average of around 44x-45x. I don't believe it will ever go down that low either. You'd better try to get that writing to 7 for better chance.
