Hi. I am truck driver in Vancouver bc. My lmo is exparing in January 2015.My problem is I didn't go on IELTS.MY questions is if anyone know if I have to do that test.Some drivers are trying to make me that from September 1.starts some pilot program and truck drivers will be excluded from ielts for some time. ..Thanx
