hi, I have one enquiry ..... I have my PCC and IELTS on my current passport #, but I want to get my passport renewed, does it affect the status/validity of the PCC or IELTS certificates?
w.r.t. IELTS validity, I dont think it should be an issue since your old passport number would be present in the new passport and you would still have the cancelled old passport with you. And logically its just proof that 'you' appeared for the exam.
Not sure about PCC.

IELTS is fine upto 2 years. PCC should not be older than 6 months when you apply.
Hold on to your old passport, you might need it since the PCC stamp is given on the passport also.
