IELTS and NIC issue

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for the Canadian Immigration and would like to ask some questions. My questions are as follows:

1. Can you please tell me if I could give the General IELTS exam from an IELTS Examination body called AEO (Australian Education Organization).


2. Secondly, I am married and my husband would be the main applicant, but my National Identity Card (NIC) doesn't show my husband's name instead it shows my father's name. So do I have to get a new NIC with my husband's name? If I do so would my educational documents be valid as they would have my old name.
