Dear Concern,
I did my MBBS and have five years of job experience as a MO. I have sent my degree to MCC for attestation. Meanwhile I am preparing IELTS.
Question is, my husband did Ms Project Management from SWEDEN. When he needs to give IELTS Test and degree verification from WES. So that I could claim
his marks into my Application for express or PNP.

If you want to claim points for his education/language then yes he needs ECA and IELTS. What is your NOC because most likely PNP is not an option. Your husband may have a better chance with Masters.

You can add it to your profile anytime. His score may be higher than yours with a NOC that has a higher chance of being selected since you are not eligible for PGP. Have you looked at whether you will ever practice in Canada? Many IMGs never practice in Canada.
