Hello everyone!

I took the IELTS Academic exam, receiving 7 overall band. Would this qualification along with my post-graduate degree and 5 years work experience be enough to apply for the express entry skilled workers in order to be eligible for permanent immigration to Canada?

No - it certainly won't. Academic IELTS isn't accepted for immigration. You need to take the General test if you want to apply to immigrate.
