i got the 1st AOR on 22nd Feb i have to submit my all documents before 21 june but i regret to say that i have given ielts 5 times but could not get 14 marks instead got 7 bands with L7 R7 W7 S6 latest result now shall i windraw the application and whats the procedure or shall i send the same result ??which will result me the immgiration fee return ????
hi..i think u got 14 points in all..your listening,writing and reading which is 7 is equivalent to 4points each and your speaking is 2 so thats 14 in all...
Pls..correct me experts if im wrong........

No, 4 points Maximum in basic is 2 points. You have 3 basic = 2 and 1 moderate for 2 total 4 points.

Then your consultant hasn't bothered to read the instructions. Tell him/her to read http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 10 on IELTS, and then ask for your money back.
Thank you all . for ur precious time ,.. i have my points like 65 i already got maximum points of work experience that is four years and the points i m lacking is IELts thats the thing i have appeared and always got same marks that is 7 bands some times i got more in listening and less in reading some times more in speaking and less in writing but i didn't got all high in any off them latest i got L7 R7 W7 S7 . i don't know what to do ? shall i withdraw if did that atleast i will get my refund or if i go with 65 points i don't know they might return the funds or not ..?already given IElts 6 times which also cost alot .. any how guys thanks for ur replies really appreciate..

If you go with 65 points, you will mostly be refused and not get a refund. So it is your choice.

is it possible to send the full docs with out IELTS and then later submit IELTS transcript if i didn't get the required marks then i withdraw the application ?? or send the latest IELTS transcript and then then later retry and send that one and if not send a later for withdrawl ???
