IELTS 7.0 PG diploma colleges

Hi All,

I got IELTS 7.0(R-7.5,L-7.5,S-6.0,W-6.0).....Please let me know the Top PG diploma colleges in Canada.....Arent there other coleges other than Humber,SHeridan,Centenial????......I mean top means best in the world......

Since any ways I am not eligible for MS (61% with 7bls in Btech), I want to do my PG at the best school available.....so that I could get a job after 1 Year course only....I have 2Yrs Exp in Quality Assurance field.

Please let me know urgently...as I am going to apply for the collleges which every one talks abt are good........
Centenial,humber,george brown,flamingo,sheridan.......

I am interested for CS...to learn programming......
