In my opinion you should do your IELTS to get your scores to at least a 6 in each module. There is an increased chance of refusal with 5.5 scores.

I apply offerletter for PG diploma in CDI Collage
CDI collage of quebec requirement is 6 not less than 5.5
Even there is chances of refusal ??

There are high chances that visa will get rejected need to get each band 6. Even if the course requirement are less then 6.
