Hello.

I am currently at IEC YP program in Quebec. I am looking for the new work and I've got two opportunities:
1. IEC YP again (probably for 18 months)
2. New employer will provide LMIA and I will get regular (?) work permit.

I am not sure how does it work exactly. I am sure that 1. option is much easier and faster. But does the second option have any advantage over the first option in terms of my status in Canada?
