IEC work permit help

Hello
I have a letter of introduction that expires in November. I'd love to go to canada and register this next month, but then need to come back and work here for a job in December. Is it possible to activate the visa, then return to the uk for a month to work here, and then go back to work in Canada? I am basically trying to buy myself a little extra time. I can't contact IEC at all as they just ignore my messages. In my account it states archived which I'm also a little worried about. I'm nervous to give up everything here until I know I have a the right paperwork I need.

Yes with IEC you can travel in and out of Canada as many times as you like, going home for a month wont be a problem
