Hello,
I have a letter of introduction for IEC Working Holidays program and I'm considering applying to college at the end of my work permit (like, say I'm going to go in September/October 2015 and apply to the program that starts in September 2016). IEC FAQ says I can be a holder of both the Working Holiday work permit and a study permit, which is great. But will I have to leave and re-enter Canada to get my study permit or can I somehow get it from inside of Canada?
