Hi,

I have a question. I am a New Zealander with a New Zealand passport and I also have a UK passport because my dad was born there (I have right of abode). I just got approved for a New Zealand IEC, which, for New Zealanders, is one year and one year ONLY. Does anyone know if I am allowed to apply for another one after that with my UK passport? I have never lived in the UK but I read somewhere that the rules have changed about that.

Also.. This might sound like a silly question, but I can't seem to find a really clear-cut straight answer about it, so here goes.. my visa begins when I arrive in Canada right?
