So im going to be apply for another IEC visa I have been in canada for the last 2 years so do I need to provide a canadian police check? How do I go about getting one?

No, you don't require a Canadian PCC, CIC does a name check, and if they want one, they will request it. Note you still require any others where you have lived in a country for 6 months or more since turning 18
