IECs cannot be renewed. In some cases people may qualify for a second IEC participation. That depends on your country of origin.

If you want to apply for a BOWP, you need to have already received ITA through EE and submitted your complete application. You cannot apply if you haven't even been invited yet.

Your title is IEC which you cannot renew. You need to get another IEC visa if eligible so you need to re-enter the pool. You cannot renew an open work permit anyways.
