IEC / Kompas application for United Kingdom help!

Hi,
Im in the process of filling out the Kompas form for my IEC visa, ive managed to fill out all the other required sections apart from: 'IEC CATAGORY' - This sections says:

The 2015 International Experience Canada (IEC) initiative is not open for the Working holiday category. Please refer to the IEC Website for the status of the quota.

Does anyone know roughly when this will be open?

2nd round of IEC for UK will open April 7th. I suggest you keep an eye on it as the last batch went in 12 minutes.

Somewhere in there you'll find: “You can create a Kompass account only when IEC is open for your country. You must create a new account even if you applied for a CAL in a previous year.”
