Greetings,

Have a question related to the European citizen (from the EU) on IEC work permit which is due to expire next month.

I have received approval for a work permit extension under PNP, in this case work permit is bonded to one employer and am not authorized to work to any other.

The question is, should I leave Canada in this case and re-enter country with this newly received work permit or it is not necessary as my status remains as a temporary resident and I still work for same company from the beginning till present on IEC work permit?
